Food Safety

We promote projects for local food production, aimed at providing Mapiripán’s people with the incentives, skills and tools to engage in farming and breeding activities, in accordance with the industry best practices while fostering healty eating habits.
In rural areas, we promote systems of production for own-consumption, where revenues from the sale of surplus production are used to supplement self-produced food.
